The hotel's location was sheltered, in a beautiful setting. We had compact and en suite room with smoke detectors. Very very good breakfast and other services were excellent.

Tastefully decorated and en suite room, satisfactory breakfast. An electric kettle, central heating, and a TV set were convenient. Absolutely perfect location, amazing restaurant. Very very helpful staff with a good portion of humor.

The breakfast was sensational with served on piping hot plates, very very helpful and friendly attentive staff. Absolutely perfect location for our visit to Sidmouth Museum not too far away from the hotel. Found in the really quiet area.

The location was unbeatable and fantastic as for me, just off the Town Centre and Seafront, local amenities, and beach and town. I had lunch in Prospect Plaice, located nearby.

The hotel offers marvellous and lovely location adjacent to quiet neighbourhood with plenty of green. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Blues Wine Bar with nice drinks.

The hotel is reasonably clean and reasonably large with a lovely design and efficient and thoughtful staff members. Excellent food served, sensational breakfast. Unbeatable location very close to the sea front, and 5 minute walk from Sidmouth Museum. Near the park, nature and lovely town centre and promenade. Very efficient service provided with smiles.

Excellent and good location, in reasonable walking distance to the seafront. Also - so close to the town centre & the sea front, lovely garden with big mature trees, and lyme regis and charmouth a stones throw. Very nicely decorated building and rooms with convenient decoration. Tea and coffee, and armchairs available.
